**** For those who are having problems adding items to their carts*****, Call me at 713.927.5558 or try the following:

In order to add items to your cart cookies need to be enabled. If you are using Internet Explorer, you must select OVERRIDE AUTOMATIC COOKIE HANDLING:

(This my no means records any personal information, it is only created to add items to your cart and deleted once the cart has been closed)

1. From the Internet Explorer Toolbar, select TOOLS.

2. Select Internet Options

3. Select the Privacy tab

4. Simply move the Slider down to ACCEPT ALL COOKIES.

Or:

4. Select Advanced

5. Select (check) override automatic cookie handling button
6. Click OK to exit.

7.Make sure that ALLWAYS ALLOW SESSION COOKIES is CHECKED, this is the key to the problem(hopefully)

To set it for just certain web sites do the following

1. From the Internet Explorer Toolbar, select TOOLS.
2. Select Internet Options
3. Select the Privacy tab
4. Click on the Sites” button for web sites. If sites is grayed out raise the settings bar to Medium.

5. Enter “www.reynaphoto.com” field, click ALLOW
6. Click OK to exit. This will only allow cookies on our website in order to add items to your cart.

For AOL 8.0 users:

1. From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
2. Select Preferences
3. Select Internet Properties (WWW)
4. Select the Privacy tab
5. Select Advanced
6. Select (check) override automatic cookie handling button
Click OK to exit.
